At Care Navigation, we believe that being part of the community means showing up, supporting, and celebrating every member of it — especially those who need a little extra care and love.
Last week, our office turned into a space filled with laughter, music, and smiles as we welcomed clients with special needs and their families for a special event organized by our Care Navigation team. It was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.
🎶 Meet the Star: Andy T from Bristol
The highlight of the day? An unforgettable performance by Andy T, a local Bristol singer and children’s entertainer known for his energetic shows and big heart. Andy brought pure joy to the children, engaging them with music, movement, and laughter that lit up the entire office.

His performance didn’t just uplift the kids — our staff, many of whom work directly with special needs clients, were up dancing, clapping, and soaking in the happiness. For a few hours, we all shared a space free of barriers, labels, and roles — just people coming together with open hearts.
💙 Supporting Families, Celebrating Moments
Events like this go beyond entertainment — they offer children with special needs a chance to connect in a welcoming environment, and give families a moment to breathe, relax, and enjoy seeing their kids be themselves.
Our Care Navigation team, trained to assist families through complex care systems, was on hand to provide support, answer questions, and — most importantly — celebrate alongside the children and their parents.
